Carrying a weapon on the street doesn’t include approaching law enforcement without notifying them that you’re armed and he didn’t have his legal carry permit on him so that makes him carrying illegal as a matter of fact he had no ID on him but had two high capacity magazines for the semi automatic pistol he was carrying so by no means was he protected by his permit. Very good job for the ice agents dispatching the threat to law enforcement and civilians !
