Trump was always loved by black people. He was an icon to the hip-hop scene. Many of Trump's friends have been black. David Hilliard, co-founder of the Black Panther Party, endorsed Trump, saying "Trump has always been a friend to black people, he even gave [BPP] money when he was in college." Trump employed thousands of black Americans with good paying jobs at his companies, appointed several black people and POCs in his administration and indirectly hundreds of thousands through the federal government. Trump has done so much for black and brown Americans to earn their vote, that's why his numbers in those demographics have skyrocketed exponentially. Meanwhile, the Democrats take our votes for granted and keep reselling us their same failed solutions for the same problems we've had for decades. Under Trump, many of us have felt the change. His policies were so good his first term, even the Biden administration who said Trump was a fascist Nazi, kept most of his policies in place.
