also, please read the mission statements and binding laws for each agency. Here it is; Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers are federal law enforcement with authority to use force, including deadly force, but it's strictly limited to situations where an officer reasonably believes a person poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury, not just to prevent escape or for simple arrest, under Department of Homeland Security (DHS) policy. The 2023 DHS guidelines emphasize de-escalation and prohibit deadly force against fleeing suspects unless they present such a threat, with specific restrictions on shooting at moving vehicles, though legal interpretations and real-world application remain subjects of debate.

States don’t make laws that control federal laws enforcement or any part of their uniform. The sooner people figure this out the sooner we all will get along a little better at least to start.
