I think it's hilarious that all these nut case lefties think they have a law degree but it's really from Temu haha😆 Even on private property there are times when ICE doesn't need a warrant and when they need one they can just get one signed by an immigration judge that works for Trump and the DOJ. They do not need to show anyone the warrant except the person the warrant is for. Yes ICE are federal law enforcement agents so YES they are the POLICE with full arresting powers. Yes they can order you out of your car or detain you at anytime.

They have no authority to enter your home without a warrant. If they do then as a homeowner you have every right to use whatever means necessary to protect your home.

I’m not positive about this, but I don’t think they need warrant to enter the premises if they have witnessed the suspect fleeing into a dwelling. As in if they attempted a traffic stop and the suspect flees into a building I don’t think that they need a warrant to enter the dwelling and detain the suspect. It’s not like you can just run home to base and you’re safe from law enforcement, this isn’t a game, they aren’t playing tag out there. I’m not sure if that’s what happened or if I’m correct about the law, but it seems to make sense that you can’t just flee into a dwelling and then have to wait for a judge to sign a warrant to enter the dwelling you’re hiding in.

Now see if what they are doing is illegal the local police would be arresting them on orders from the crooks in charge ,but they aren't . What does that tell you ? I know it's hard but follow along ,if you are in this country illegally then ICE has a duty to remove them . Now we know illegal entry is a crime . You are putting your whole future on the line for criminals. If you are arrested for even touching an ICE officer with your pinky you are looking at up to 20 years in prison , 5 years probation that you won't get off until you pay all the fines ( up to $250,000) court costs , probation fees . If you get arrested for anything on probation ,it is revoked ,you get to do the time . You will have a violent felony record making it almost impossible to get job paying over minimum wage , barred from student grants , lose the right to vote , life is gonna get hard . A felony record has you working for $7.35 an hour
