The agent had a 1/4 second to make a decision based on training and experience of the situation..am sorry she was killed but as new info has imerged apparently she was lead vehicle in a convoy of vehicles cutting off and ramming the ICE vehicles before she got ahead and angled her car to impede the direction of the ICE vehicles.
