Pathetic isn't it? You know why this is happening? Several things. We seriously have made our Delta sick by pumping more water South than we should. Deltas impact climate. So does taking land ( we were unwittingly glorying in our shame), that had been desert and making it lush. That wasn't, God's scheme of things. Some of us even questioned the practice decades ago! Secondly, ntermitently we have, CLOUD SEEDED! Silver Nitride? I heard years ago that since the element mercury has the finest gas droplet, it was also experimented with to see if these droplets could become the bucleoys of raindrops. Well, we interfered. So what's normal now? NOTHING. We have had three catastrophic floods in 30 years.
