I feel like this is going to be another Casey Anthony scenario. No bodies, no COD; no MURDER conviction. While I think he's guilty, I also believe that this new charge is a waste of time and resources.

Personally, I believe it was the right thing to do to wait until he thought he was gonna get out. He probably got cocky thinking he was getting away with this started running his mouth which creates new evidence. I’ve been following the story and I’m also very grateful he didn’t charged up till he thought he was getting out. They made him bite his nails until the day.
