If the man didn't do it, why is he still incarcerated? If the brother said that he committed the crime instead of the one you have locked up, why wouldn't you listen to that? Who admits to a crime that they didn't commit? Especially, knowing the outcome of his fate! Does the judicial system hate being wrong so much, that they would rather kill an innocent person for a crime they did not commit rather than admit they made a mistake. What makes it worse is the guilty party is handing themselves to you & you refuse to undo what you've done!! How long ago did the brother come forward with this truth?
He took the life of someone else. That isn't, "He made a mistake". Where was all that care and support when he was growing up? Where was the guidance to keep him from even thinking about taking someone else away from their loved ones? This should have happened no more than six months after he was sentenced.
I don't know anything about this case, so if he is claiming innocence, what mistake did he make? This is so confusing.

So all of his appeals have been examined and reexamined. Its in God's hands now, to spare his life or allow it to be taken legally by the government.
