I made more money when I was 18 than I do retired.How can fast food workers get 20 dollars an hour that's 3200 a month. I have a car payment a mortgage and more to pay with less then half the money.This is how they treat the people that built this country. What will I buy if my raise ? So many decisions. Really everything is high ! Nobody can’t get enough a month to pay for rent alone, not counting the groceries, utilities and don’t forget about more going to healthcare. This is getting ridiculous for all those barely making it.

You will not be enough. Food is more expensive. Gas is more expensive. Electricity is more expensive and it keeps all rising higher and higher the 2.8% isn’t even gonna put a dent all these tariffs are costing us, especially the seniors on low income so much money I can barely pay my rent and nothing else.
We’re being slowly squeezed out and put in a position where the average “legal” American will be living in a cardboard box under S. Walker Drive. So very depressing and sad.
