sorry, she was talking to another agent as she tried to turn the steering wheel to the right to drive away. it was the agent fault for placing himself on the path of the vehicle while filming at the same time drawing his firearm. he knew that placing himself in the path was probably clip from the corner, not ran over should not have taken the shot since the driver has turned right and he followed up with two more shots against protocol.
