for you Tango I did some research read this CE agents have to undergo mandatory drug testing for both new applicants and current employees in "Testing Designated Positions" (TDPs), which includes those carrying firearms, and are subject to random tests, reasonable suspicion tests, and pre-employment screening for illegal drug use, with failure potentially leading to disqualification or removal, though policies around alcohol are less detailed but implied in overall fitness.
