See the hint is they know what they doing and know right from wrong.. The system do nothing that why they doing what they doing I listen to this kids say if they kill someone before 18 they go to juvenile detention center in be out by 18. What need to happen is charging them as adult if a weapon is used any kind… make them do the time with grown folks..
I just hope they learned a lesson that there are consequences for their actions
