no at this age he doesn't need to be beat up or spanked or anything like that he's already past that stage. he would need a special class with a male teacher that's very strong and has counseling skills to be able to correct this kind of behavior. on a personal level I would like to see this young boy get counseling 3 or four times a week for a year with light homework, it would be biblical counseling and the homework assignment would be first of all to get him to repent and give his heart to Jesus Christ and then to be able to work through these anger issues...

People were abused in the name of discipline. they became parents and tried not to hit their child.. to be the furthest example from their parents. Then they make these ones who dont know discipline; who think the world will behave for them, like their parents. Then they become parents, they creat unruly kids who don't listen to them because they watched their parents bully their way through life. those kids become abused into submission or they get angrier and abusive too. the cycle continues. we can change generations to come. if we heal our minds and hearts, of course not in our life time tho. I'm not saying I dont spank but I try to keep it as last resort. everything in moderation. too much of anything is bad. too much spanking and too much leeway, can make a bad apple.

when growing up we lived on a farm and our neighbor was this wonderful. black woman loved her to death. she was my nanny. and she would have wore my butt out for something like that. and then my mother would have whooped my butt again when she got home.
He is in school and has no business with his phone out. Its a distraction and the teacher has every right to take it away because he is there on her time..to learn. As far as his behavior..I blame the parents for not teaching him manners and to be respectful...I would have sent him to office to call parents to come pick him up and when he is ready to learn he can come back. I praise the teacher...they go thru enough crap with todays kids...

1st off, I'm a single mother & none of my children behaved like that. They were taught to be respectful young men even in conflict. None of my children have records & are productive human beings in this crazy society. This child clearly was not taught consequences nor accountability
