an abusive woman tried to do this to my uncle and tried getting him in a lot of trouble because where he gripped her wrists to keep her from hitting him anymore he left fingerprint marks but he also had markings on his face from where she had repeatedly hit him and they were both in the military so she probably went to Leavenworth over that.
