He straight said I wasn't doing anything. First off you never let your canine officer out of the unit without being leashed. They were not investigating a crime but at a fallen colleague's funeral. The dog is out of control and needs to be decommissioned at the very least.
Bottom line dog should have been on a leash. They is no excuses to be made. That person was not involved in anything. That is a law suit waiting to happen. Color has nothing to do with it. The dog went after 2 other people therefore there is absolutely no "EXCUSE" !!!
