The 2 times I had to appear in court before a judge I was so nervous and made sure I looked appropriate for court and definitely wasn't dressed in sweats and a tank top. I made sure to maintain eye contact and be respectful by answering, yes, your Honor. I don't understand these people going to court acting like they are in control of their situation, no sweetie, that judge has the power to put you away, you best be respectful and on your best behavior.
Court is in the court room the whole world is not a court so her being in her car she can dress how she wants . Hell if I ever have to go to court im dressing in jeans and a regular t-shirt

I LOVE this judge! RESPECT is a two way street, but her entitled behavior DESERVES an in person appearance. She had the opportunity to resolve her issue online, but noooooo. Actions have consequences. Hope she shows up dressed appropriately and with due respect... I believe the judge would be fair.

The judge asked two different questions and she replied no to each question and he get mad at her for whatever reason, but she could have been moving around looking for her paper work or whatever who knows with just a clip of this video. it doesn't matter where you are at,in a car,home,at work,even in the street,you need to act&behave like you are in the courtroom,it is a courtesy to the defendant that you're able to even have a hearing over the phone, otherwise you could be inconvenienced by having to be there in person,so just give them the respect that you want to receive &trust me your hearing/case will come out better in the long run because of it .
Yep disrespectful, not paying attention and being rude to the judge it’s not gonna help you in court whether you’re on video or whether you’re in the courtroom people who disrespect the court that’s what you get.
