The 2 times I had to appear in court before a judge I was so nervous and made sure I looked appropriate for court and definitely wasn't dressed in sweats and a tank top. I made sure to maintain eye contact and be respectful by answering, yes, your Honor. I don't understand these people going to court acting like they are in control of their situation, no sweetie, that judge has the power to put you away, you best be respectful and on your best behavior.
If the judge was paying attention, he would've heard her answer "yes" to the first question!!! Also, when the video first started, you could see/tell that she was in a building from the ceiling tiles & lights!!! And he didn't ask her, were she driving; his question was "you operating a motor vehicle ma'am..." Everything "after" telling her to dress appropriately was him not paying attention to her responses!!! Be/do better, sir...

Really that kind of attitude to someone in authority telling you you need to get still, during your hearing, we’ll get you the highest punishment possible. Plus, it should be common sense, not to be fiddling around in your car during your hearing, set up, put the camera at a different angle instead of trying to make yourself look good, all focus should be on the judge speaking to you, which is the reason why you never heard anything you said, because you weren’t paying attention. These young people nowadays and they’re no common sense is crazy
