wow.. your so lucky cuz my pepper spray is out and still talking like it was somehow ok to pull out a tazer and pepper spray for a simple spring ticket that the judge will likely be upset to have in his court seeing how it's a while 5mph over, & ppl wonder why police have to get back up for a speeding ticket. saying he is acting strange and just praying for a reason to taze him that cop is the reason citizens go into full defensive mode after being pulled over. excuse me officer pulling me over for speeding then writing the 5 mph over ticket is exactly how that works. 98% of road officers do not know the law which means they aren't able or qualified to even do the job they are hired for. going to a 8-12 week course says they are able to do. attorneys go to school for years to learn law. I think every cop should have to have at least 2 years of school and be able to recite the constitution forwards and backwards before ever being allowed to enforce the law. 🤔🤔🤔
