How do we know the nationality or race of the person that did this to this child? We do not so let's not assume because it makes a real ass out of and not me. This is not about politics, but about the abuse of a little child that may be rambunctious, a hand fool and more. Regardless of how the child is, he is a child and needs to be protected. The person or people that did this to this child needs to be placed under the jail and not allowed to see the light of day for a very very ,and I do mean very long time. Let's stop trying to create issues where there are none and focus on the matter and evidence at hand, which is the fact that this lovable little boy was abused by someone that was supposed to care for, nurture, teach and protect him.
These businesses get hurt worse when you hit them in the pocket. They need a big fat public lawsuit. And Sir, I more than understand your anger. You need to call the police. If you threaten her & give her street justice, even though the public will understand & have compassion for you, you will be sued up the ass & land in jail. From jail you can't help look after your kids or anyone else's kids. RIGHT NOW this little one needs to see an eye specialist, an opthalmologist, & also a pediatrician , a dermatologist, &plastic surgeon to see if that scar is permanent. That Day Care worker does need to be in jail, maybe the owner too, & they need to be sued for everything that they can be sued for. Anyone in jail who hurt children often gets justice from the prisoners. Even prisoners have children that they love. You do need to go through the police & the courts & the Day Care & the worker will be hit harder when you hit them in the pocket with the police, the court, & the state.

that happened twice to my daughter once when she was 2 at the time I did not realize it was the daycare keeper till I saw her later at the store when I saw her ring then I bet it was her the thing was same as the mark of the side of her eye... again when she was 3 at a different day care where she was slapped when I picked her up she said "Miss Pat slapped me and it hurt" her cheek was still red and I reported it and Miss Pat lied and they took her side two weeks later my daughter was suspended for good, that's ok I quit my job and I took care of my daughter that way I knew she would be okay It was hard because we were only living off one income but it was better than having my daughter abused.

what about other workers that saw it..if i worked there I would have stopped her and called the police..the rest of those workers didn't say anything or call cops because they are guilty of abuse...If we don't give these people death within 90 days it will never stop...what child care giver could sit by and this baby get beaten up?... all those workers are guilty..what else are the others doing to these kids?
