why wouldn't you take cash? you're a business that sells food, usually it's just cash or card, what the hell is wrong with people

You as a business are inconveniencing a customer who intended to pay. If said customer was unaware of this no cash policy supposedly only for today so how could he? then you give him the sandwich for free and write a note put it in the cash register and tell management later. it's rare someone only has cash but it happens. tell customers BEFORE they order to avoid this! bad business Jimmy John's 🤨
