The customers have a right to demand their money back if they observe the food being prepared in an unsanitary environment! There should be no argument from the staff! Just give the woman her money back and call it a day!! There’s no reason why the staff should respond in such a disrespectful manner. I had similar experience in restaurants and I cancelled the order, demanded my money back and never go back to that establishment again. And I prepare my meals at home where it’s clean and safe.
