She is not being a 'Karen"! We used to have the same problem in my neighborhood. It was very irritating when trying to get home from work in the evenings. Some parents thought it was okay to let the kids put basketball hoops on the sidewalks so their kids could play basketball in the street. The kids were disrespectful and thought it was funny to take their time clearing the street. We eventually had to get the police involved.
