Looks great but not that healthy since potatoes are full of carbs.

I'm going to have to try this now lol 😆 Awesome! I started using Extra Virgin Olive Oil to make homemade french fries. Cut yiur fries to shape. Soak them in ice water for a good 20 to 30 minutes. Set them out to dry a little. Then throw them in a deep skillet evenly spread out just covering the top with the oil. Bring to a boil on medium high heat. Takes about 7 to 10 minutes stirring them around occasionally. Take them out & season to taste. So yummy! Healthy even with the olive oil & polythenols. My kids love them more than any fry you can buy.

This is a workaround for leftover mashed potatoes. Add cheese and taco seasoning, put in waffle maker. Very tasty.

I personally, would add more spices to the potato mixure, add scallions then put a layer of shredded cheddar cheese, onto the waffle iron, place the potato's next and then another layer of cheese. Yummmmm! 😋
