That’s fine, but that defeats the use of the capsule. The capsule is time released, meaning the beads in side are made to release into your system throughout the day. By doing this the medication goes thru your system faster.

This may be alright in a crunch but it best to use Tylenol/Acetaminophen liquid which comes in pedi/adult formulations just to be safe.
first off don't all you have to do is put it with water and second off isn't doing that dangerous?
