My mom showed me the aisle I can pick up an entire jar of pickles and eat them right away.
some people still dont know that pickles and cucumbers are the same vegetable and it's OK.
That kind of cucumber won't turn into that kind of pickle. The cucumber is a regular 4062, while that pickle was made from a 4596.
Ayoo
fake.
shrinkage
sounds good but unbelievable I like cucumbers
My mom never told us this because its dumd and doesn't work lol
very cool
is that vinegar or water added
its stupid
don't pmo
the chemicals in both the paper towel and the aluminum foil are going to leak into that pickle
in case your mom didn't tell you you need to put a date on the outside so you know when one week has passed.
what's the largest pickle you vsn handle?
I love pickle swallowers🥰🥰
ok and?
wow the chemical reaction even made the foil tighter 😂😅😆😁😆😂
and.....????
Wow! Not only did the cucumber shrink/turn into a pickle, which is possible in the right circumstances, but the size of the paper towel shrank to the size of the pickle. 😆😆 Rub a little on my belly and thighs 😂
Mom was desperate to come up with a story for all the cucumbers not making it to the salad bowl. This was her cover story. Lol
my friend had a large bowl of wax fruit. it had dust on it except the cucumber
I had to look this up and I found that doing this does not a pickle make! And freezing and then refreezing it does nothing but turn it into mush. This just looked wrong to me! Hope this helps anyone that's questioning the validity of this process! God bless everyone! 👍🙂 #IamADomesticAbuseSurvivor
just now we all could have went our whole lives without seeing this ❤️
😲
my mom used to think slice cucumbers in a dish and soak them in malt vinegar.....they were great
You know how many dumbass people are gonna try this
We weren’t that poor we just canned em
I thought he was gonna shove it down the front of his pants after he wrapped it in tin foil….
my mom worked at nalley's fine foods for over 40 years. they put their cucumbers in giant tanks with salt in them, left them there for days until they turned into pickles. Nally's fine foods is no longer in Tacoma Washington state. she started by working in the cafeteria and retired as lead lady in the cannery. 2 of my brothers worked in the pickle plant.
botanically a cucumber is a fruit. the numbers used are to identify what product the are are
okay, so this definitely doesn't work, I dipped it in the salt, wrapped it up and waited a week, but the doctor wasn't happy, said I'm in a serious pickle.
never mind about my question about what the white stuff was. I want back to look at it again i see it's a box of salt
it got so much smaller.
that's a salty pickle
that's awesome😅😅😅
amazing
🤣🤣🤣
wow
my mom made the best garlic dill pickles. in eash quart jar add 1 sprig of dill 1 clove of garlic a teaspoon of salt a teaspoon 0f pickling spice a 1/4 teaspoon of alum. fill jar with pickles pour boiling vinegar to fill jar and place lid with seal on tightly and set in a place undisturbed until all the jars self seal. the lids will suck down. if you can push on lid and it isn't sucked tight it isn't sealed. you can put unsealed in the refrigerator and eat in about a week. they are the best pickles. my mom won awards for her pickles at the local fairs.
it's a pickle I mean it looks like a pickle
Bull
thx for life hack👍
that's how you make pickles!!!!
what was the white stuff he put on it? flower, baking powder?
Now wait a minute here..... Everyone knows that the 4062 can be a 4596. It's only a difference of 534. Plus...... I've been working with 4722s & 2076 and the results have been incredible (just don't tell anyone that I'm trying this experiment!).
what did you do to my pickle
this is absolutely CAP!!! Does not work.
this isn't how pickles are made but my faith in humanity is just gone at this point.
