I figured a machine did that. relying on someone to eyeball it seems ridiculous
always wondered how that was done....👍👍👍
like to see this whole process. I use to work at a machine shop using different Saws to cut stuff , depending on what it was. I had to get my chop saw blades sent out every month to get em resharpened and the carbide fixed.. After a about 4 or 5 repairs they dont last long at all. I used the chop saw to cut .25" Stainless tubing and hastx tubing . Really hard stuff
🤔 YES , I'D LIKE A FULL MOUTH OF IMPLANTS PLEASE😲😲😲😆😆😆😆
This was one of my jobs when I worked at a Carbide saw shop. Eventually in 79 I opened my own shop w my 2nd wife Maili, in Angeks Camp, Ca.
nobody fixes anything these days, it's all throw it out and get a new one 🕐
Not welding, silver soldering.
I still fix everything that's in my abilities I have nothing better to do and fix my own cars I fix my own tractors I do everything on my own I don't waste money on garbage
I used to do this , almost forty years ago .
That was my job at one time !!!
nice fix.....
the "DENTIST"😆
always wondered how they put carbide on
great
Induction heating to adhere the hardened cutting tip onto the circular blade.
Doesn’t the heat kill the temper of the carbide?
Saw dentist fitting a tooth cap😆
Why is the intro of a Richard Marx song being played ...🤔
I used to pay for this. It's cheaper now to buy a new blade. 10" for sure.
The mother of an old friend of mine worked at Pacific Saw and Knife doing this exact job. I never pictured it like this. Wow.
nice!!
COOL 😎
