In this case it is blatantly obvious that he cannot exit his vehicle in a normal fashion without his crutches. The cop does not allow him to reach for his crutches and expects him to get out of the car without them. Just another ignorant cop. If he were to pull the driver out and the driver sustains further injury who pays the bill. I guarantee his auto insurance will not because they will sue the city and the cop will not have to pay a thing. I have said this many times in sixty years of driving I have never been ordered out of my car. It is a power trip on the part of the cop.
More cops who are dumb as a rock . Another police department with no training concerning interacting with persons with various disabilities. Their standard way to interact with persons with disabilities is to treat them as if they have no disabilities. THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!.
