I had a cop stop me from walking down a service drive because he thought i was a kid skipping school but I had just left work and I didnt have a car at the time. He asked me all the usual questions: My ID, name, where I lived, where I was going, but when he realized I was in my mid twenties he laughed and told me why he stopped me, mistaking me for a kid just skipping school after he seen my ID. we had a laugh about it and told me I shouldn't be walking on a busy street, especially alone, and gave me a ride home. he was pretty cool.

This is true. There is a sensor in the ground that tells the light to change. Bikers don't weigh enough sometimes. That's why if a bike is in front of you and they turn around and wave you forward, they are wanting help from you to set off the sensor.
