The man’s name was Charles Read. The cop was fired. Read won a lawsuit.

there are more cops that should be in jail than there are criminals that are in jail already you think I'm joking there are some towns that the cops are so corrupt the people are afraid to say anything there is a town in Texas that the state police had to come in and arrest the whole entire police force because they were so corrupt it's happening all over the place there's parts of Georgia that if they pull you over and you have any amount of cash on you exceeding $2,000 good luck getting it back they will confiscate it and claim that you were drug Runner and then you got to fight them in court to get it back and nine times out of 10 these people can't get their money back and the federal government is trying to get their money back for them and it's so far it's not worked there's more criminals with police Uniforms on then there are criminals in prisons😳
hes 100 percent not quadriplegic. and noone ive ever seen that was even paralyzed crosses their legs. not to mention paralyzed for 25 years and no obvious atrophy in the legs? nah
