What this contractor doing is making things worse for himself. By law onces its it affixed to the property it can't be taken or damaged like that. I understand his frustration but he's better going the legal route and put a mechanic's lien on the property.

I've seen this video so many times and yes the contractor (the guy with the sledgehammer if ppl didn't know) is in the right bc she didn't pay him (the woman he did it for is on a vacation theses two ppl r neighbors) and she tried to sue him and he own the case 😂

I would've done the same thing, if I'm privately contracted or other wise to do a job for someone, spend all that time and sink my own personal money into the supplies and everything. your either expected to pay a reimbursement for the supplies or I'm destroying the shit and calling it a loss
