But wait if it’s his property then why does she owe him for repairing his bathroom? As a landlord it’s your job to keep your property in good condition. Unless it’s say otherwise in there lease. But also if it’s his property why she doesn’t know that is who she pays her rent to. An another thing lol if it’s your property and you say u put thousands of dollars into it if she doesn’t want to get someone to fix it, then he is going to have to come out of more thousands of dollars to fix his property. So iam confused here with this one!!!

I would have put a contractors lien on the house and gave her 30 days to pay or get out her choice

actually .. home renovations like that can NOT be repossessed! he's literally gonna get charged with malicious destruction of private property! I feel for him not getting paid ... but , he just turned a civil matter into a criminal one on his end !
