the homeowner had the attitude if she expected somebody who was just making a delivery to do the installation she should have paid for a professional to come and do the installation that is not the same thing at all delivery just delivers they don't get paid for installation yeah they can deliver it inside the home only if you have an easily accessible way for them to bring it inside without having to install it or take it out of the box that's not their job
