I disagree. If the boyfriend gets her pregnant and you could have prevented it by speaking to her father what kind of neighbor are you? Switch places….what if it was your daughter and the neighbor told you that was going on how grateful would you be? Be the narc, at least in this situation. Ask her father to not reveal how he found out. This gives you an out and quite possibly saves this girl’s future. As children we make really bad decisions sometimes. Please reconsider.

My former co-worker and I thought friend, called to tell me how disgusting she thought my soon to be ex husband was driving his girlfriend/soon to be wife all over town for the past two years during their affair. This was just as we were about to file our divorce patter 30 years of marriage. I would have loved to have known about this so I could have prepared and had choices that only had. you shouldn't tell her dad because she had an opinion you didn't like. It's a delimma just because saying something to a person about their child can be very risky. one, you could get the boy shot. Two, the dad could wonder, as I do, what your doing watching the daughters window late night, and Three, that girl may end up beat up, excommunicated forever from her family, or, at an even greater risk because some old dudes clocking her sex activities. Once, I saw a neighbor girl's boyfriend climbing in a window. Another time, I saw her with a different boyfriend, letting him out during the night while I was letting our dog out. So, I'm thinking that it had to be a pretty regular occurrence with her since I saw it twice just by chance. I never said a word to anyone besides my wife.
