as a former waitress and Hostess the customer was wrong, if delt with a little different then it would have been part her fault but since it didn't go that way it's all on him. yes I know the customer is always right, that's what it used to be but some people are just mean and rude for no reason

I would never pay before my meal and I typically tip well over the 15 percent unless they try to put it in my bill and in that case there will be no tip at all, I will line item veto any improper charges and pay only for the menu item plus tax
