First off, if she did not come and pick her kids up when you told her to and you had to go to court to get custody, had no financial support from her. She never got a contact with her kids in 7 years. My first course of action would have been to tell her to get out of my house. If she would not have left , I would call the police on her and in order of protection against her because she no longer is their guardian.As far as i'm concerned , no longer they parent
