This girl was dressed like a meter-maid ticket lady and she walked up to this guy who was minding his business and gave him a ticket for having his shoes untied. This guy told her multiple times that he didn’t want to be filmed so after she did it anyways, he ran up on her and warned her not to ever do it again!
