She looks like she's a minor or barely legal. We all know kids still in their teens are NOT adults. This usually comes from lack of family, abuse as a child, or choosing the wrong "friends". She's most likely being pimped to make the money to feed the habit & make $$$ for him. In her condition, she wouldn't be able to stop it or is too out of her mind to even know what's happening to her. This is a girl being trafficked, whether small time or big time, doesn't matter.
