You people need to get out more. I see a vast wilderness, no evidence of people other than the group filming, and an opportunity to do something the kids will undoubtedly find awesome. You’re freaking out about the dangers of throwing a large rock off a bridge in the middle of nowhere even after the guy says specifically they did due diligence to prevent potential harm. My guess is that this dad used this opportunity to have a cool moment with his son, and guess what, the fact it’s a bit risky of a thing can be used positively to teach the son parameters of what’s ok to do and when. Throwing a large rock off a bridge isn’t wrong no matter what, it’s okay if you take adequate precaution and are in a place you can be adequately certain no one will be hurt. In a world where father participation is increasingly rare, you people should check yourself and recognize a good thing when you see it.

first off, this is a very remote bridge and so is the forrest beneath it. This is the high steel bridge in Washington State and is on a remote road with next to no traffic. Boys just being boys, get over yourselves.

This was about 30 years ago. Some people threw eggs and it hit my windshield driving on the highway. . I thought it was paper and used the windshield wipers to expel it. Well, the eggs smeared all over the window and i could hardly see. Thank god i was able to pull over and clean it off. Not funny

Someone went to prison recently bc he pushed a cinder block off of an overpass and it went through a car's windshield, killing the driver. What I'm seeing isn't at all funny, and this idiot should be punished for teaching this to his boys. Dad, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Most states have laws against throwing anything off a bridge! If everybody threw a rock in the water, it would eventually block up the waterway. Not to mention all the fish it kills upon an impact!🤔

That is not a good thing to teach kids. I was driving through Baltimore when some preteen boys thought it would be fun to throw rocks and bricks from an overpass down on traffic It shattered the windshields of four vehicles, one a tractor trailer who jackknifed and about killed me and a man in a Porsche, the other car was a family in a van. The windshields were smashed so it was hard to see to get out of the way. When I got out of my car and looked up, the boys were pointing at us and laughing. We called the police and tracked one of the boys down who told the officers who the other boys were. He dad was furious and told him that it wasn’t right for them to pay for all the damage by themselves. At that time, the damage was over 15 thousand dollars.

Imagine just being a fish swimming around and then whack you're dead because someone tossed on large rock in the water. Do people ever think about the fish when he throw rocks in the water? No. It's time we do. They have families people!

Even if both sides of the bridge showed a clear river, the idea that teaching kids to be reckless is insane. There's also an ecosystem below that water that just got pulverized so dad can live out a jackass style big splash. Do better.
