I've seen the videos. However stupid this guy was for bringing a gun and clips to a "peaceful" protest, and his actions warranted arrest. I do not argue about any of that. What I do argue is that at no point does he pull his gun. During his scuffle his jacket comes up, exposing the gun. An officer yells gun and removes it for safety. The officer who shot him, heard gun, didn't fully assess the situation and just opened fire. He was shot 6 times while being held down. That is murder or at the very least reckless manslaughter.
