Everyone is so upset about her wanting a salad. But when you look at most pantry food and feed the homeless food, it is mostly canned food and garbage that I person who hasn't eaten in a while shouldn't even eat. It would be cheaper for you and better for the homeless if we actually gave them salads and fresh fruits. I see a problem with society and it's fake food but y'all see ungratefulness. Most people never eat fresh vegetables so I get it.

I tried to help a white homeless lady yesterday w some pumpkin bread from Starbucks, she yelled at me and I took it bad. But Shes mentally ill, no family. But this chick is young and could work something to survive because they do take advantage of the system when they can. She is obviously sick or would have it together. I mean I always have yardwork and the homeless refuse any work I offer for money and food. I volunteer for charity and see the entitlement, I dont get it at all.

When I was homeless I would have somehow done backflips to be given that quality of food! Side and a sauce, too?. I've seen people beat for their plate or worse for being disrespectful to the people giving/handing out free food. Thanks so much for doing what you do.
