Sooo, who's luggage was it? Unless a suitcase was custom made, it is possible that more than one person can have a bag that looks exactly the same. They could have resolved it by opening the bag to see who's things were in it. Come on people, use some common sense. Also, always put your name label or some other device on your luggage, so you will identify yours quickly. Things are massed produce and from time to time, someone will get their luggage mixed up. ๐คท๐ผ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ

This happened to us. A family picked up our suitcase and started to walk away. When my husband stopped them and demanded our suitcase back they let it go and walked out the airport. They were attempting to steal our luggage!
