What he should have done was wait on his mgr b4 he even approached the customer n say anything whatsoever to her … cause first thing he asked is how many eggs …. So right there his ass was not certain cause he thinks he saw something …. so to me go n get ur mgr first b4 assuming anything n to make a customer feel disrespected… for him to question her he should have said nothing at least until she was finished checking out n upon her then exiting the store that’s when him n his mgr may then approach her … talking about let me c ur screen… guilty unto innocent….. that’s y I personally don’t shop Walmart or Sam’s ….btw I bet if she was fully caucasian he would’ve never approached her …. In most stores they have a big screen they watch or a small hand held screen they can look at to see if you scanned every thing plus all the cameras watching what you scan and not just The one on the front of the camera . They also bring you an empty cart if you go in to self check out with a filled cart or over filled cart for you to scan items and put them into the other cart . They know there is no way you can scan all the items in that cart .I saw people get arrested for shop lifting trying to just scan Few items in an over filled cart . One had a bunch of soda on the bottom and only scanned one box of soda . That is just crazy as they have to know they are going to get caught paying $25.00 for all those groceries

I checked my self out n I've done this twice..right hand grabs from cart...left hand scans n bags item...instead of scanning I went straight to the bag...WHY???? bucuz I AM NOT A CASHIER dang on it!! bring them back😵💫

I don't feel like the worker has done anything wrong. I have had that job at Walmart before and typically the thieves go through the self checkout regardless of whether or not the lines are long or not. They are there to benefit customers that are in a rush and don't have time to wait for the cashier to assist. I think only the people who are commenting negatively against the worker, go through self checkout lines and steal themselves. Why get upset about someone doing their job properly? Only an idiotic person can try to make this make sense. She was stealing and she knew that that's what all her unnecessary attitude is all about.
If the eggs were in the bag and not rung up, she is stealing. It is the employees job to oversee this. Until she pays for it all the groceries are still property of store.

a few things she scanned twice,I've had this done before,they didn't get away with it.
That's called under ringing , I know because I've been arrested I've been there I did that It's not me today though
she's double scanning items now to add up for the items she didn't scan before he notice that she didn't scan all of her eggs, and she probably didn't scan some other items before.
I try not to use self checkout and I’ve had the cashier ring up the wrong price too many times so the store be scamming and stealing people if you don’t watch them, I agree with the other comment i don’t work for store.
While he is there bothering her she rang up multiple items twice where she only put one in the bag. Maybe stores should pay for cashiers instead of having customers ring their own groceries. Doing everything for the shareholders to make money while cutting jobs for working people.
Customer's should NOT be responsible for ringing up their purchases. Hire employees to continue what has always been a way of life. Many customers are not capable of shopping, bagging and all it entails...including handicapped persons.
If this is true the security can see everything you can and don’t scan then why don’t they tell me when I scan things twice that I didn’t mean to? I always check my receipt to make sure everything is not sent twice or I don’t miss anything. It happens both ways they need to just let checkers do their job and not have these check stands although I do use them often because they’re quicker.
She might be scanning twice because she knows she will be checked. She probably placed those items in the bag already I scanned. She is clearly ignoring him too...
The employee should be able to review her screen. A simple check would have solved the problem. I sure this a training video for employees

I can’t stand scammers. It’s called cheating and lying. I agree with the concept of hiring more cashiers and give them a decent wage. Paying those cashiers will offset the amount of money lost from these scammers. I don’t care if she scanned other things twice to make up the difference. It’s still misrepresentation and cheating. I think she started double scanning because she is making up for the things she did not scan and she’s trying to cover herself and use it to say she is not stealing because her bill is going to be higher than the cost of the eggs
