If you want fresh fries, then say you want fresh fries. Don't lie about blood pressure and medical problems just to get fresh hot fries, and if you do have those issues then you need to be realistic and understand that NOBODY is going to break down and clean everything for 1 singular order of fries.

I worked at McD n had to do no salt fries it is a process but can be done!! You drop fries as you clean the bin off n put them in after they are cooked n it’s as easy as that! Hope you call corporate!
