it sounds to me like this manager found this applicant to be qualified on line invited her in for a face to face interview the did a well im not hiring then something might have been said so now it's well you could only work on the weekends, trying to make it hard for the applicant to want to work there, it really messed up but that's what it looks like to me, and she got busted discriminating.
