Justice is supposed to be blind not trying to shame people for wearing what they have to wear. that judge is out of line
he needed one of the judges who 1) respects veterans 2) respects hard working people 3) has even ounce of common decency 4) or common sense 5) while being compassionate & understanding this pisses me off as my grandpa worked the lands worked hard she needs to be taken off the bench sent back to public defender pool & be judged once more on her failure or success then see if she moves up to judge

that's what all judges say to people that are not properly dressed. He was fully covered so he's good to go
so he's not only supposed to show up and pay a fine , he's also supposed to go buy new clothes for court. not everyone has the money for "court appropriate clothes" !!

As for the rude, arrogant sorry excuse for a person on the bench, YOU are the ONLY one being disrespectful in this courtroom!! Had he came in wearing a dirty tshirt with a vulgar logo or a pair of dirty ripped up jeans with dirty athletic shoes with dragging untied shoe laces, hair uncombed and in need of a shave & shower, THAT would've been disrespectful. For a man that wears this type clothing everyday, you are insulting him. My grandpa wore this type clothing everyday, everywhere. My grandma washed and ironed everything so each morning, he put on a fresh outfit, exactly as he wore the day before, but freshly washed and ironed.
Proper attire is important.
