The ICE agent broke the standard operation procedures of all REAL law enforcement and stepped in front of a occupied vehicle hand on gun . It was premeditated murder. IF he had let the man go there and turns out he WAS NOT a doctor, but wanted to just see the scene or take pictures to post on social media you all would have crucified him. it's not unheard of for people to steal from people in a traumatic situation. It was a dramatic. tense hostile situation. He could not have allowed anyone in what was a crime scene until it could safety be done. I know "Monday morning quarterbacking" is extremely common in these situations, but until being a qualified individual responsible for the maintaining the integrity of the scene, responsible for the safety and welfare of every one present, preserving all the evidence for the investigation you never really realize what, who when where & why...That's why he didn't allow a person who said he was a doctor into the scene immediately after it happened.
