I don't think it's racially profiling. when you can see that they're Hispanic Guatemalan Honduran Mexican doesn't matter. you can see that that is a Hispanic person and you can always tell if that person is legally or legally here by an interaction with law officials. but if you don't speak any English whatsoever, why are you in America. that should be part of the naturalization process where they should need to learn how to speak English because when I go to their country they're not all running around speaking English.
