It’s not illegal to drink. What does he mean he can’t have it.
And that’s not true they can give them rides. I’ve seen cops around Preston County Kingwood, West Virginia have people in their vehicles that are not authorize people like their girlfriend or whatever so yes the cop could give him a ride but as you see, no they turned them down.
