As an American, I don't care what anyone has to say,I saw the video myself, she tried to run over the Federal agent, I saw her Left front tire pointing straight ahead,after hitting the Federal agent she turned the left front tire to the right.
She'd be alive & home with her family if she'd not listened to her girlfriend saying "Go, go, go" but instead followed the direction of the federal agent. I watched two videos. One was from the agents own personal phone & the other from a witness. She initially turned in his direction. A vehicle is a deadly weapon. I just wonder when people are going to be held accountable for their actions or abide by the law? & yes, an ICE Agent is an officer of the law. Regardless if you agree with me or not, this situation is still sad.

I saw 4 different video angles. Did it look like a threat to the officer? From his standpoint it did. Could he have not fired and been safe? Yes. So it was a mistake for her to floor the gas in a car with a officer in front of the car.

First she was not a Minneapolis resident. She followed ICE there. The agent followed Minnesota law which says if a peace officer thinks he or she is in danger of being hit by a vehicle being used as a weapon; the officer can use any means necessary (including deadly force) to protect themselves.
