Very quick and somebody let me know if the man survived. What I seen was the man sitting at the table? The guard, standing over the man, the guard was threatening the man from what I could see cause he had his Billy club out. And I guess the man grabbed it. The guard kept asking the man to let the Billy club go. The man lets the Billy club go and and turns around to walk away from the guard. That's the deescalated situation right there. He let it go the security guard provokes the situation. Hitting a man's arm. At this point, the interaction takes place. Again, the security guard provoked a situation. He didn't want to stay with and so he he. Escalated it. And I guess he wanted to think he can start it back up. And then shoot the man and get away with it. No, it's prison time. Could the man attempted to walk and the guard escalated the matter again. What do you think people🥺🥺

good, he deserved to be arrested. the situation had de-escalated and he could have stepped back and called for local law enforcement and yet he restarted the conflict, started to lose and drew his weapon and fired illegally.

I've done security. armed and unarmed. There are very strict rules. As soon as I saw the baton out and the other person had no weapon......jail! Escalation of of force.
