It's fantastic that you are able to see a raccoon's asshole from 3 miles away, but it's a bit much when you are coming the other direction , attempting to not drive into a ditch, or head on into you.

there should be a lawsuit against the makers of those ultra bright head lights. they actually cause physical damage to your eyes. you can feel it. sometimes for hours afterwards

I hate those blue headlights. They are almost hypnotic. I was out the other night and finally had contact with a truck with them, it was mesmerizing. Also the light was so bright it was blinding. In my opinion they should be illegal.
we have a federal law that says all new vehicles need a backup camera for "safety", but no federal law about the color and visual intensity of headlights. seems we have some messed up priorities.

Usually are those brats with loud exhaust, no catalytic converter, with step system, fake plates, driving their grandma car, with heavy tinted windows and can't see the street in front of them.
Those lights are the worse, it makes it hard to even see your side of the road,even when they are on low beam .
If someone behind you has crazy bright lights, you can adjust your side mirrors out to reflect their crazy high beams back at them.
no problem with seeing from the vantage point inside where the camera was aimed....but then again didn't anyone ever tell you that you don't stare at oncoming headlights
Sometimes itβs difficult to determine if a car has his brights on or not. I think we should have regulations specifying the number of lumens and spectral characteristics of headlights and not just nebulous colors that the lights can be.
